Subprocessors

These are the third parties that process personal data on our behalf. Each is bound by a data processing agreement and each is limited to what it needs to deliver its part of the service.

IP address and request metadata in transit. Request bodies pass through but are not retained.

Email address, plan, usage counters, scan records (score, word count, 200-character excerpt), hashed IP addresses

Name, email, billing address, card details, transaction history. Card details never reach our systems.

Rewriting engine

The text you submit to the rewriter, for the length of the request

Only when the deep rewrite is used. Submitted text is not used to train models.

Detection API provider

Third-party detection engine

The text you submit for scanning, for the length of the request

Only if an external detection engine is enabled. The built-in engine runs on our own infrastructure and sends nothing anywhere.

2What is not on this list

There is no analytics provider, no advertising network, no data broker and no customer data platform. If one is ever added, this page changes before it goes live.

3Changes

We will publish a new subprocessor here at least 30 days before it starts processing data, so that customers with a data processing agreement have time to object. To be notified by email when this page changes, write to privacy@inkprintos.com.

4International transfers

Transfers to processors outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision. Transfers out of Brazil rely on articles 33 to 36 of the LGPD. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
